Saving Energy In Your Home has a vast amount of valuable resources when it comes to saving money through saving energy in your home. The site was set up last year to help and inform the residents of the UK to combat rising energy costs. It is our aim is to keep the general public informed on all aspects of energy efficiency using the best information available. Saving Energy In Your Home is separated into eight categories for easy navigation, these sections include :

In the UK, the government has signed the Kyoto protocol pledging to cut emissions by 80% on 1990 levels by the year 2050. Electricity generation accounts for around 30% of UK CO² emissions. In the next decade, many coal and nuclear plants will close, leaving the UK increasingly dependent on imported gas.
